Is a 5G-enabled mobile phone necessary for the connection?

Is a license required for the drone?

Do I need to register this drone?
Every drone equipped with a camera must be marked with an eID before its first flight. You can obtain this online from the Federal Aviation Office when you register as an operator there.

How does the refund process work?

For returns, please contact info@piecarte.com with the subject "Return" and provide your order number and name. Alternatively, you can use our Returns Center.
You have 30 days from receipt of the goods to return the product.
Return shipping costs are a flat rate of €5 and will be automatically deducted from the refund.
