General Terms and Conditions of Piecarté
§1 Scope and definitions
(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are outside their trade, business or profession (§ 13 German Civil Code – BGB).
§2 Conclusion of contract, storage of contract text
(1) The following regulations on the conclusion of contracts apply to orders placed via our online shop https://piecarte.com.
(2) In the event of a contract being concluded, the contract is concluded with:

(3) The presentation of goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer on our part, but merely a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
Acceptance of the offer takes place in writing, in text form, or by dispatching the ordered goods within one week. After expiry of the period, the offer shall be deemed rejected.
(4) When an order is received in our online shop, the following rules apply: The consumer submits a binding contractual offer by successfully completing the ordering procedure provided in our online shop.

5) Entering details (name, address, email address, etc.)
6) Final review or correction of the entered data
7) Binding submission of the order by clicking the button “Pay now”
Before submitting the binding order, the consumer can return to the page where the customer data is recorded by using the “Back” button of their browser and correct input errors or cancel the order process by closing the browser. We confirm receipt of the order immediately by an automatically generated email (order confirmation). This does not yet constitute acceptance of the offer. Acceptance takes place in writing, in text form, or by dispatch of the goods within one week.
(5) Storage of the contract text: We store the contract text and send you the order data by email. The terms and conditions can also be viewed at any time at https://piecarte.com/policies/terms-of-service.
§3 Prices, shipping costs, payment, due date
(1) The prices stated are final prices including VAT plus shipping costs.
(2) The consumer may choose payment via PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), prepayment/bank transfer, or invoice.
§4 Delivery
(1) Unless clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for dispatch immediately. Delivery is usually made within 21 working days. The delivery period begins in the case of prepayment on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank and for all other payment methods on the day after conclusion of the contract. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, the deadline ends on the next working day.
(2) The risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the goods shall pass to the buyer only upon handover of the goods.
§5 Retention of title
We retain ownership of the goods until full payment of the purchase price.
§6 Right of withdrawal for consumers

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days.
The withdrawal period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.
Orders already in transit cannot be cancelled.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. letter or email) of your decision to withdraw.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the returned goods have been received by us.
You must return the goods no later than seven days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods and are liable for any loss in value. For soiled goods we charge a fee depending on the level of soiling, at least €10. Damaged products are excluded from exchange.
