For returns, please contact lumeon@piecarte.com with the subject "Return" and provide your order number and name. Alternatively, you can simply use our Return Center.
You have 30 days from receipt of the goods to return the product.
The return shipping costs are a flat rate of €5 and will be automatically deducted from the refund.
